The only 2 premades are running both including members of a russian guilds on the server: Winter Chill, Summon More Ziggurats, Mesmerize. If you are looking for a prem just ask a members of these guilds. Actually I am one of them running a premade.

Ask in game Noonze, Faintsmile, Sweetbaby. And make sure you have a decent gear to at least not die from a windfury or 2 critical hits by a warrior
