how do they dodge?

Ok,when server launched the main thing that got hype was how the admins would ban ppl that used cross faction comms/spies to dodge each other using alt accounts or teamspeak right?
So please explain to me how the dodgemades have been dodging each other for 3 fucking months?
Are they just very very lucky because there is only so many alliance joining que and yet somehow the dodgemades dodge each other over and over again.
I dont blame them really, if you aint cheating you aint trying right?
So how do the premades manage to dodge each other without using spies/alt accounts/teamspeak?
i have seen some alliance players join wsg then leave then rejoin then leave then rejoin then leave all in 60 secs and then they all somehow ended up in AB with a full premade vs 2 horde players.
this is not PVP.
also the amount of horde afking each game means there is no point dodging considering allies could win easy with half the horde team afking.
also where the fuck are the rest of the allies? we have 150 players in que sometimes against 50 allies .... those numbers do not add up when we have a server with 9 k peak times.
