5% for spells in PVP, yes.

But aren't all those abilities you listed specials? I thought for specials you needed 9% melee hit.

Specials have 95% chance to hit against evenleveled target (=pvp). So you need 5%hit BUT there's still a slight chance of missing due to mechanics (but it's something around 0,1).

I got 6% hit for affliction spells from talents on my warlock and i still resist 50% of my deathcoils (which are affliction spell aswell)

what? you resist 50% of your own death coils with 6% hit? how do you do tht and why

indeed i also have +10% on arcane and still get my poly resisted all the time.
