I've noticed this. It's all people just trying to end it quick to farm their gear. What ever happened to enjoying the glory of combat? Getting lost in the ecstasy of slaughtering your enemies in the Fields of Strife! The pure joy of all out war! The warrior's spirit is lost in retail forever...

I think the more important point is, why are you racing to get super special gear, if you don't enjoy the actual act of fighting & killing enemy players? What is the fucking point then - having some rare item doesn't add inches to your dick, contrary to neckbeard lore.

I'd say give it a little more time, once the players get their gear they may start wanting to play AV "properly". I'll be honest, if I had the opportunity I'd make a guild of Hordie's with the option of actually trying to defend effectively etc. In other words no 10 min zergs kind of thing.
