Which Twink Group most active?

I'll be rolling horde with a buddy, and what we wanted to know is which bracket has the shortest queue time for horde? Please no "roll ally if you want fast queue" we know this is the case, but all of our stuff is on horde, so that's not really an option.

We're NA players so our time to play is usually not when majority EU is online. i also know a lot of NA players usually roll alliance which helps us in our case in regards to queue times (if this is true). so pretty much, what bracket is most active is the question.

10-19 is the most active and needs horde twinks. 20-29 is also pretty good from my understanding and 30-39 is decent but not as active as the others.

What classes do horde 39 twinks need? Are mages good?

10-19 would easily be the most active twink bracket. Had 2 full wsg games going tonight and its nearly always instant queue. I played 29's for a while and it was dead, games constantly closing to lack of players. 30-39 is pretty good too.
