This is just a thread for people to look at instead of making new topics. It's not complete by any means and I'm more familiar with Rogue than anything else.
Without further ado...
Warrior
-----------
Arms Warrior
Notes: Bread and butter. Obviously swap out Sword or Mace mastery if you're using those instead. Though maces are weaker than the other two. If you have an Ice Barbed Spear and don't see yourself getting something better in the meantime, you can do...
Polearm Arms Warrior
Notes: You can finish up Imp Heroic Strike and take Anger Management instead of Improved Charge.
Priest
--------
Shadow Priest
Notes: Bread and butter
Healer Priest
Notes: Inspiration is optional over Renew.
Mage
---------
PoM-Pyro Mage
Notes: Heavy on the damage, offers less control than Frost. But you will blow people up. You can opt out of Arcane Resilience for 5/5 Magic Absorption
Arcane / Frost Mage
Notes: Like PoM-Pyro, you can 5/5 Magic Absorption.
Druid
--------
Feral Druid
Notes: Primal Frenzy is worth considering, you'd take a point out of Ferocity and Feral Instinct
Hunter
----------
Marksman Hunter
Notes: You can opt out of the 10% HP and go for 5 points in Imp Mark. Hawkeye is also worth considering, though I'm not a big fan of it personally.
Survival Hunter
Notes: This is better alliance side since Horde doesn't get Paladins and Blessing of Freedom. I can't emphasize enough how much the trap talents can fuck over a large group of people in battlegrounds.
Paladin
-----------
Retribution Paladin
Notes: Personally I think Paladins should stick to healing in battlegrounds, they're too damn good at it, however if you want to do Ret, I think this is the best build for it.
Holy Paladin
Notes: Optional disregard Holy Shock and make Improved Hammer of Justice 3/3
Rogue
---------
Dagger Rogue: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#fheboxkZhfZAMec00o
Notes: I can't get over how amazing Elusiveness is in Battlegrounds. If you plan to focus on World PvP / Dueling you can opt for a 5/5 Master of Deception instead. Also, it doesn't really matter which poison talent you put that point into.
Hemo Stunlock Rogue: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#fheboxkhZhZxMe0bhRo
Notes: Also doesn't matter which poison you put that point into.
Seal of Fate / Hemo Rogue: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#fhebogzNZZxMe0bhoo
Notes: You can also opt out 2 points of Seal of Fate and put them into Dirty Deeds. I frankly think this is the weakest PvP build because Improved Gouge offers so much utility from being able to go back into stealth without blowing a vanish or blind.
Shaman
------------
Enhancement Shaman
Elemental Shaman
Restoration Shaman
Take these builds with a grain of salt, I don't have much PvP experience with a Shaman.
Warlock
-----------
I'm not going to touch Warlocks, literally never played one past level 20.
Closing
-----------
If anyone else wants to offer up builds I'll credit you and put them in this post.
