It's just that this is actually really hard work. If you would fill your playing time with only these matches you would end up truly exhausted. And of course with very little honor (=low ranking) due to the time it takes. So my premade at least switches around a bit between dodge = swift and easy honor, and fight = lots of fun and excitement, but also exhausting and low honor gain/hour.
But more important, you have to realize that there is a big difference in strength between different premades. So what actually happens the most is not that premades dodge because they don't want a long battle, but because they are up against a much stronger premade that they don't stand a chance against anyway (which has become clear after a few tries). So they prefer a quick win over a quick loss.
