If you're talking about the spot next to the bank where you don't need to stand on anything. It's still a safespot.

Safespotting = abusing a bug or lack of proper scripting
Blindspotting = using skill and awareness to avoid guards from aggroing.

There are guards right next to the spot, so it would fall under the category of lack of proper scripting.

@ Gadgetzan, it's not. Guards can get to you easily. But from there, they have no LOS to you or in aggro range, so it's safe and legit, because it is a blindspot.
