I never did nor I ever will understand why people run premades. Farm honor, grind for weeks and finally trade people for gm/hw rank (cause it's literally impossible to solo get that rank) just for the loot seems ridiculous. When I see r11+ players it just makes me cringe, knowing that 95% of them got it off premades where all they do is run, cap, repeat. What are you going to do with all that gear? Don't you realize that when you finally get the gear so you can "stomp kids" and you que solo to a bg for pvp gameplay, it's never going to actually be gameplay, as you will keep running into premades where it's a stompfest and you will never even get to fight anyone. Or are you grinding for months just to be able to camp people in EPL? Camping lowbies in quest hubs is not fun, not for me at least.
A high rank doesn't make you good at the game in the current state of PvP. Nor does it make you look good in the eyes of the so called "shitters". I gave up on PvP the day I hit 60 and did bgs for 6 hours. I've been rank6 since level 40 and I'm not planning to go anywhere from there until this premade bullshit is addressed.

Everything is fucking hardcore nerd shitfest grinding. That is why I hate vanilla pvp and seriously vanilla pvp has always sucked. Leave already and go play wotlk or something that has better pvp.

When i queue and i see both AB and WSG have horde premades i get deserter and go lvl my horde char for 15 minutes. SHe is lvl 23 already.

it was a thing 10 years ago, having hwl was breathtaking, and characters were easily worth 1-2k euros

but after 10 years, on a private server, when i see players farming bgs 15 hours a day (and remember, 80% of people playing here played original vanila, so they are mostly 25-30+ yrs old), i feel bad for them. but hey, if they think its worth it (or they find fun in it) who am i to judge
