I'm sorry but, as a rogue, I love perception, especially with the way it is working here. it's really imba vs rogues or druids defending flags in all bgs, you can cc them, do whatever you want
Bcs as any other class, the enemy rogue can just stealth far away from you and wait till perc fades

In rogue vs rogue situations, you have perc + H Senses (from sub talent) + possible goggles, which gives a huge advandage at any moment. The horde rogue has no idea where you might be, so he is forced to waste a vanish cooldown in order to get a improve stealth, which make it hard for me to detect, and note that only 1 or 2 rogues I have ever met in AB had the brains to use it agaisnt me

Human is not so useless as you might think, eps as rogue and warlock with paranoia

Human warlock with paranoia and percepion has like 25-30+ yards of detection, around 35 when not moving.
Against target with 5/5 Master Of deception. If rogue or druid are without stealth talent, they are visible in few kilometers.
Add here pet follow abuse.

Sadly most of alliance human locks are terrible, at least what i have seen in AB pugs. Otherwise horde rogue's lives should have been a pain.
