I once played with these guys on Horde side, they started blaming and insulting all PuGs from minute 1 (after the first engage), we obviously lose that game, we had 5 golden helmets on our side, alliance had 0 golden helmets.
Next game i was matched with same guys again, same things happened (insults and blaming), we had again 5 golden helmets on our side and 0 on alliance side.
Let me give you and advice, when you are forced to play with pugs, or even when you are a PuG yourself a good atmosphere is crucial; try to communicate with your TEAMMATES and work as a team because thats what you are... if you expect that people do what you think they should do without a word, you are going to have a bad time, if you expect that people do what you think they should do with bad manners, you are going to have a bad time.
Try to be nice, even when your team is not doing good, try to elaborate an strategy maybe some follow maybe nobody does, try to congratulate people when something good has been made.
To put it in a nutshell, try not being a dick, nor your Ts partneers because:
1º You are going probably to lose being just 5 coordinated instead of 5+5
2º You are not better player than anyone else, nor your Ts partners (maybe gear gave you wrong impressions, sorry for that, is Vanilla style)
3º You dont have the right to force anybody to play as you like, so ask gently.
From my experience, trying to coordinate PuGs, trying to be nice, ignoring those who just add bad atmosphere to BG, brings great results, also very fun games; yeah, sometimes its hard or imposible to coordinate pugs... but remmeber, you dont have the right to force anybody to play as you like, so if you want little respect and attention on your instructions, earn it.
