49 bracket is too volatile in vanilla. Too many people level out when they cap 49 rank and it's not like going 1-49 is a walk in the park. It's like pulling teeth even if you have people tap leveling you all the way. 19 and 29s bracket chars are made without ranking in mind.

49 bracket in vanilla is super warrior heavy too. Could probably win every single game with 4 war 4 pally 1 priest 1 mage, but that's probably true in 39 too... minus cleanse and bosac and with 20s intercept/flurry pendulum fury wars instead of execleaver/MS.

There's shitters in each bracket, but there definitely are some decent players in the 29/39/49 brackets.
Shitters will always cry and never look for personal improvement. dd
