the "cap" means you can't get more than it even with 20k NR
so it's around 14 for alliance too

Could you clarify this to me. I don't get why you take 0,003 x 10 000. The 10 000 is the amount of horde engaged in PvP tha tweek but 0,003?

Also please explain to me how br2, br3 and br4 is calculated. With what % should I multiply?
