It's not about an attack range, it's more about how your damage is delivered.


Spec your warlock destro, congrats, it now plays more like a mage and not "dot and run".

As an Enhancement Shaman, Warrior or Rogue you will almost always want to be in melee range when you're up against: Priests, Warlocks, Mages, Druids and Hunters. The moment you run out you're dead because you deal little dmg when you're not in melee.

If you're more of a solo player I suggest either Rogue or Shaman. Warriors are great too but you can feel 'stuck' as you're easily kited.

Usually melees try run away after they realise they didnt oneshot ranged class

I spend all my time trying to run away, and then dying. So yeah, play a Warrior.
