probably something that got broken during the week of Nost updates. (always happens)
make a report and provide the evidence. I think it was a regression patch that broke it, so it should be quick fix.

type .s info and see how messed up the revisions are.. this will explain a lot since before it was legible revision numbers of 3 or 4. now it is some garble of 100 characters..

I don't have a source but currently it is working like how it did in retail, only direct spells are reflected.

The same mechanic as warriors spell reflect.
