atleast reset their honor. having a free 1.4million honor for 2 weeks with only 1 week of gameplay is very unfair to the entire pvp population currently getting ranks.

whether they were banned for illegitimate reasons or not. the pvp reset happens every singe week on every single weds. they got counted last week, and now will have free 1.4mil honor this week with half the work.

reset honor, play by the rules and don't get banned for being shady.
you cannot make an exception for a few over the majority.

if you want to be fair. exclude them from the decay for the time they were banned and start them at 0 honor on a fresh pvp reset day. (IE UNBAN THEM ON WEDS AFTER HONOR CALC)

player's get another shot that got banned and you don't screw over the entire populace of pvpers.
