Also, if that post that was linked still holds true then this guy is indeed "faction spying". Mine isn't a spy as I have a 54 pally and a 60 human lock. All my friends decided to roll horde so that's why I'm leveling this. Can I get attention from a GM please? I guess "faction spying" can be held against this guy also.

I never logged onto anyone to flame and cry though. Who wouldn't make a big deal out of this if I've done virtually nothing wrong. The guy i attacked was 2 levels lower and wasn't considered a "lowbie". He's been logging onto a horde character to troll me non-stop and verbally harass me.

I understand, and honestly I wouldn't do this myself, but as server rules stand, there is nothing anyone will do. You'll just have to wait till the guy gets tired of it. Sucks but it's what it is.
For the future, remember that whenever you attack some guy, you have no idea what alts/friends might be behind him. When my helpless lowbie paladin got triple teamed by shadow priests, I just swapped and proceeded to kill all of them 3 times and kill all the Horde questgivers in the area. Some guys go further than me I suppose.

Faction spying is only punishable when the guy has 2 accoutns logged at the same time, with one of them being used to spy and report in real time.

I guess racial slurs after ganking aren't punishable either. Once i hit 60 I'll make sure to kill ally, log on to my ally pally and call them Ni****s, big nosed bean eaters, and spics.

lol so i was questing and somehow managed to find the OP to party with. what he says is absolutely true. it's like clockwork. the very second he rezzes, he gets ganked by this guy who is seemingly only targeting him. OP ended up logging off before we could even begin the quest due to frustration :/
