BG queue system issue, asking for administrator response

This is a great change for the PvP atmosphere. However, I am astounded a major change like this to the PvP community (one might say most active) was made without any announcement. This negates Viper's post about communication.

I quote Viper on his 5 month already post:-
Nostalrius understands that communication is always a bone of contention in the gaming industry and we are working hard to free the server from this plague.

Better go edit that out, mate.

It's feenix version 2, this server will die after BWL, the staff members are too brutal, zero negotiation, patience with players and severe lack of communication.

That's a bit of an exaggeration.

a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, your whole argument is based on the false premise that this change stopped premades from rolling pugs all day. it did no such thing.

Be that as it may, I face fewer premades after the change than before. My premise still stands, you just should look at extremes sir.

You are lacking in the logic department, aren't you?

Jindo, do you understand that premade versus premade queues are unreliable for honor? They are upwards of thirty minutes for a game, not including the play time necessary to beat an organized opposing team.

Definition of casual premaders

This has several issues that accompany it, two of which I'll name: account sharing by people like Gladiatus and win-trading. Assuming this change happened because pugs were complaining about facing premades all day, well then it most certainly would be a "change for the casual" so to speak.

That's how you look at it. As I see it, people no longer have an easy way out (premading) to reduce their playing time for rank 14. HOW about THEM FUCKING APPLEs. stop being so tunnelvisoned.

Why else implement the system then? Because there certainly is no evidence that dictates vanilla WoW had premade versus premade queues until after TBC's release. So, we have a private server that advertises blizzlike, yet implements non-blizzlike patches to convenience the majority (casual pvpers).

You know what, I think this is a very familiar picture I'm painting. It sort of looks like... retail World of Warcraft. Huh... Interesting.

(That, my friend, is how you formulate an argument. Go read a book, you moron.)

nice argument dude, too bad it's one-sided from only a premade PoV. You are painting half the picture and trying to get away with it throwing out ad hominems in the end.

Looks like some ppl dont get what this means for pug games.
At first, i totaly understand why the hardcore rankers are upset, so would i be if i wanted to go over R10.
Secondly, making this backdoor change without announcement has more than a twilighty touch, tastes pretty feenix imo.

Not that prem vs prem system is bad, i think it rocks, BUT as stated from various rankers, its clear that you CANNOT rank with this. So whats the point? It would only be for those who are done with the ranking process and want nice hard and long games.

Before the change as a casual pvp myself i had no problems being farmed some fast 5cap arathi games, since (im horde) i got normaly around 2 pug vs pug games after that, then the circle startet again. No big deal, since the pug games were fun and you had a good chance winning them.
But now what you have after the change is , that on peak times, Pug games are broken. pre-change Prem Rankers are forced to que as ~4man grp and doing so they fill up pugs, making your "pvp-experience" harder, since those pugs are now "half-made" prem.

tl:dr, this change made everything worse for all sides, on top of the lacking announce of it.

PS: Maybe it was unintentional, but i hardly doubt that.
