Alliance players should only queue up with a full set premade. If the opposition PUGs are camped at the graveyard and go afk/inactive during an hour long camp, these players should be reported with the extensive evidence that inevitable is gathered. Unless if you're going for a high rank of course, finish the game instant for repop.
Bullshittin aside, I can't remember the last time there was an actual queue for Alliance players on any vanilla project I've played on. If the Horde as a faction wants to face against something else but a full premade all day every game, it's players could reconsider extensive camping on leveling players (the same applies likewise to Alliance players). Parrallels can be drawn to the topic in the clip below. It's not really something big though, in the end both factions get to experience the effects of enough people quitting or rerolling. Granted, more players will come and otherwise I'm sure some sort of "arena" tournament wouldn't be extremely hard to manage.
