I am. I don't understand your logic where afking is a valid reaction inside BG's. Maybe I'm missing your point entirely, but why would you just try to maximize your honor gain by sacrificing the main arena of the pvp namely BG's?

AFKs in BG is forbidden. If you don't want to fight, then leave and let someone else fighting.
If you type "/afk", you'll see that even the game will kick you out of the Battleground.

Spotted AFK in BG will give you a warning.
Next sanction will be a Temporary account interruption which can lead to a permanent ban in the end.

And I'm gonna take a leap of faith and say what I've told the two GMs who've approached me about this topic and handed out sanctions both times, stop humiliating yourself. People are litteraly laughing at your ToS regarding "AFKing" in BGs and I know I am for one.

Also, do something about the quality of the Game Masters you have, the majority (atleast the GM's I've talked to, to this point) have limited knowledge about the game and is just following your ToS blindly and can not be reasoned with. So it's fair to believe they have the brain-size of a peanut... and yeah... well, elephants. As much as I love this server I can't say one good thing about the quality of Game Masters we have on this server, just emberassing.

Thank fuck someone with actual knowledge of the game itself is with me on something, thank the heavens. The GMs are a fucking joke and need to sort their rules out, they hand out sanctions like it's nothing and have no manners when talking to players. Don't get me wrong though i love this server, its the best thing ive played in a while, it's just some of the rules are fucking stupid and the GMS need to do their job properly.

Probably because he's a pve carebear who is just chasing numbers on his honor tab instead of enjoying pvp, like most rankers. That's my guess atleast.
