I am surprised by your ability to write hyperbole and outright lies here, Ralavik. Perhaps you should actually play on the server more, instead of repeating unsubstantiated rumours you read on Reddit.
Actually, you can get muted for saying anything at the GM's discretion.
A - Warning: For minor infringements. A warning is first given to inform a player about the rules and warn him about future sanctions. Warnings remain in the players record.
Examples:
Spam;
AFK in BG's;
Extensive killing of important quest NPCs;
Player harassment;
Racist or
offensive sentiments;
Using color changing scripts in-game;
Abuse of assistance system (forum or in-game);
Lack of respect towards the server or the staff members.
B - Mute or short account account interruption.: Sanction given to players who are found to be in great violation of the points stated in A or that had been previously warned. This sanction will not exceed 24 hours.
There is no definition of "great" so it's up to the mods to define it themselves at their own leisure.
The mute in question was to the person posting under BeeLCS, and while he said there was no warning, you are currently saying that he did have a warning, which you never claimed he did in that thread before you locked it Pottu.
This was not in fact on Reddit, but on these forums themselves.
If a mod is hypersensitive to something, mutes could be thrown out when they shouldn't and MANY people could become upset. Either we need to get a tighter ToU or something like a tribunal put into place.
