In my experience, all that they are good in is playing agains pugs while wearing full epics or ganking lowbies in groups. 1v1 they are a joke. Plaguethong for example propably got his rank for being good at running away from enemies while carrying the flag. In the Burning Steppes when he's not with a group ganking lvl 50 players but you get into a 1v1 fight he either gets recked, runs (that's what he's good in), battle alt f4 or enters bg right before he dies.
Same applies for a Warlord Shaman that attacked me and that I destroyed in my half green gear.
They got too much time but while caring too much about their ranks they don't get any practice at real, demanding battles.
