"He only cheated a little" is basically what you're saying. I'm sure the dude had the brain capacity to understand that standing in a place, which I'm assuming only mages can reach, with the enemy flag is bannable, before he actually did it.
On top of that he is casting through the roof, which is also bannable.

Would be a shame if it was a permanent ban IMO, but it should definitely be punished.
