Why would someone even roll Human?

I'm tempted to think that the OP is trolling, but it's hard to be sure. In any case, perception can be pretty nice, especially in battlegrounds. There are plenty of situations in which you should be able to make an educated guess that a stealther is nearby. Also, you need to bear in mind that different classes will find it more useful than others. Just because your paladin doesn't seem to care about detecting rogues doesn't mean that a squishier class will feel the same. But even for a paladin, if you consider the human racials vs the dwarf racials, you're still better off going human for pvp.

TLDR: Human females have the biggest boobs.
