Issue is if every player took the high road and pugged than every BG would be evenish and would really create the kind of PvP the game was intended for.

That's not how real life works though and if it takes 40 hours of premading to get a decent rank and 70+ to pug no sane human would pug.

Nost management has effectively told the premade community buck up those 30 hours or no r14 for you.

I am happy to say the only issue I have is how do you prove someone is not account sharing in house when he goes over 16 hours a day, i mean it's feasable so how can you possibly prove it.

Well I have literally zero vested in this topic, but I was rank 14 in vanilla. This server is nothing like real vanilla servers for two reasons: 1.) people have the entire process spreadsheeted and don't give two shits for fun or gameplay; it's about ego, vanity and personal power and 2.) this is the single most toxic community in the history of MMOs. There was plenty of nasty in retail vanillla, but Nostarlrius takes it to a whole new level. What a bunch of shits we have on the server and in the forums. Truly, a concentration of the most entitled, immature, sadistic, vengeful, self-important little shits I have ever seen in a long lifetime of gaming.

There's a reason Blizz didn't have this kind of que system before cross realm BGs. Maybe when people see the honor cap set even higher with half the time invested by "top" teams, people will figure out why.
