I'm the last person to sympathize with a dodgemade.. Imo these people will be remembered as lackluster PvPers who have somehow been rewarded with PvP gear but I disgress.

Absix is right though. That is normally how PvP groups were governed, at least on my server. People going from 13 to 14 had one honor cap often with a certain order if there was more than one person, the people below them another cap, and everyone else a third cap.

People who weren't in the PvP group could and did ignore the cap however and people in the group just kind of had to live with it. It was never a big deal, but I guess on a server with 3x the normal retail pop, it's a big deal. It does sound like they need to be more transparent about the brackets - not sure why Absix won't just tell him.

Without dipping into the whole dodgemade shit, and recognizing that absix could've dealt with you in a better way, wanting (demanding, as a solo player) bracket 1 below rank 11 just proves that you are completely clueless as to how the vanilla pvp system works. I'm having issues taking anything you say seriously because of that.

Thinking you can grind the honor for bracket 1 without a premade without accountsharing is pretty cute, too.

We had same issue once or twice when I ranked on Alliance side, with people threatening to "play 24/7" to get into bracket 1 because they refused to be denied bracket 1 spot as low rank over those who was r12-r13. All of them either ended up as empty threats or they stopped at a rank or two lower than their goals and then calling us idiots etc. for doing the stacking to make much less no-lifing for the rest whom respected the brackets.
Bracket 2 to Bracket 1 is 1k RP gain, which is about 20% more progression into a rank, which is very small gain for lower ranks and very big gains for r12-13. For those going r14 they MUST have their last week in bracket 1 due to 00.00% rank14 being 12k RP decay.

If he's all about rp decay and being fair, maybe he should think about the pug rank 11's not getting spots in bracket 3 over his friends who are rank 8 and 9, because its them who know how to RP system works, not me.

we'll i never said for a fact i could, which if you weren't clueless and read, you would of known i was asking absix what bracket 1 and 2 standings were so i could decide which bracket i would be.
