Not really. Only late at night did I ever constantly queue into premades. You would hit some throughout the day but never was it ever game.

Good news, we had a game where we were 12 in our team!
But since horde was a premade, we all just decided to just share our favorite afk spots

After 10 more 15v2 stomps I just got another game when we were 10 alliance players! And this time we decided to fight all together and hold stables.



We made it to 30 resources before they capped it! I'm seeing some great progress, I'll keep you updated

Funny thing is that I almost never see Horde teams play and can't find any to join. Can you ask all these teams you apparently see how I can get an invite?

I wouldn't count on a fix for this situation, regardless of how much effort you put into it and how much support you get. The threads you linked are just proving that nothing positive might be done.
I'd suggest you join/create a premade that isn't dodging other premades, in order to experience a funnier BG every 4-5 unbalanced stomps.
World pvp is another alternative, assuming you can find yourself enjoying it
