Yea, that's what I wanna do, but I need gear first...

that's a topic I'm curious about actually,
what if you don't try to get pvp ranks and don't try much to get into raiding either but instead make money through professions and whatnot,
can you not buy competent gear off the auction house? Are there not any other options that gives you decent gear which enables you to fight most/any guys you meet in the open world at level cap? What if you go to lvl 58-60 "leveling" zones, are there not enough people to fight there? Or maybe, if your class is good at creating an advantageous situation (like if you have invisibility), can't you use that to come back to at least an equal ground to someone who is geared with pvp ranks ?

I'm really curious to see how this turns out, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be running any BGs or raids, that's not really my thing, I prefer not to be in an instance but in the surprise and various situations and environments of the open world.

It is possible if you are a rogue, you can easily just get dal'rend weapons and some devilsaur gear and you're good. But I play shaman, and even though I can beat some noobs naked, if a t2 mage comes along I need at least a weapon to win. Against t2 rogues, I can somehow still with with my shit gear if i fake cast perfectly, but thats hard to do all the time. If I had just enough gear I can survive their burst and be able to recover with healing again, but right now I cannot and I have to play near perfect to win.

that's interesting thanks. I'm just going to try with my druid, wild pvp at lvl60 with AH bought gear.
if more fun during leveling, mayyybe it's best to just stop leveling at some point and wpvp there, but the issue of skulls ganking you or not having the full world available to hunt..

Druid is nice for wPvP. Yea I took my sweet time leveling, sometimes I would just go around and hunt allies it was really fun. If you aren't 60 yet make sure you have fun before that, cause at 60 its just a nerd grindfest full of elitist 12 year olds who think going premade is yoloswag420mlg... until of course we get gear.

This week i got rank 5, but I was 3% off rank 6.... Is it possible to reach rank 7 next week? How much honor would I need? Thanks for the answer.

Lol, I don't play enhancement I have my own hybrid spec. Also enhancement can self heal, thats enough to play it instead of a warrior.... also doens't get raped by mages.
