Im making 29 rogue atm on alliance and hope there will be some fun fights, also have hunter and warrior at 19 already. Horde really steamrollling hard? Any non twinked mage and warlock can cc full twinked players if they want to :p

I'm planning to play on this server for the sole purpose of making some level 20-29 PvP twinks. Was wondering if someone could help me answer some questions and get started? Feel free to PM directly as well if you're willing to offer some advice.

1. I'm deciding between Druid, Rogue, and Warrior for my first toon. I know that warriors are super OP in this era, but it seems like they are a bit overplayed? Are there any classes that this bracket desperately needs more of, or anything I should avoid entirely?

2. Will I be able to acquire twink items without leveling a toon to 60 first to farm some gold?

3. Does it matter which server I play on? PvE or PvP? Only want to do BG's, dont care about world PvP.

Phew, some real pumpings tonight! BLESSED BE THE THINGY tried to hold our end up and keep the games popping but Shaw and I have both come out with PTSD after witnessing a new low in alliance capabilities today. When you've got the Nightmare From Elf Street guys actually leaving you alone (respect for that by the way) at the AB alliance base GY just so we can get out of it, you know you've got a problem.

All other alliance players chased off by the stomping, so the games have come to an end.

Time for a few chaps to reroll alliance to keep the numbers up...hint hint!

1. Alliance doesnt need more warriors. We'd use good resto druid.
2. Yes. Although its harder now since prices went up. But only for specific BiS items. Decent 29 gear you can get np by farming ore and doing fishing.
3. PvP server is much better for twinking since its more active and there are much more twinking items at AH. Twinking on PvE server is probably completely dead.

Also if you want competition and faster queues, roll alliance

If by era you mean bracket, no, they're one of the weakest classes at 29. The only thing they're good at is killing untwinked rogues. Killing even an untwinked frostmage will cost you 10g worth of consumables per mage.
