status of twink brackets?

The fact that minor speed boots has no counter for nontwinks in 19s just proves that its a trash bracket. Nontwinks are nonfactors in that bracket. Hell, stats at 19 are close to 29s in bis gear, but levelers are lucky to be over 500 hp. If every game is at least 6 twinks vs 6 twinks I guess it could be okay if this sort of thing floats your boat but I doubt thats the case.

It has no counter in 29s either . Unless your talking about sprint in which case rogues have that at 19 as well so.... Besides that enchant is so cheap its laughable. So I guess what im saying is your saying your bracket is the same? also id really doubt BiS gear is the same at 29 rogue headpiece at 19 8 stam 8 spirit at 29 9 stam 9 >>AGILITY<< HUGE difference. shoulders 3 stam 6 intel for rogues at 29 11 agil 4 str or 11 stam 4 str. Like im not sure what your references to BiS comparison are but they are not in the same ballpark bud. Maybe you have been building your 29 twink off of 19 gear? Also your abilities and weapon dmg at that level scale for doing more dmg to more HP targets, so comparing a bracket to a HP one is like my saying well someone at your bracket having 1k hp has no chance against one of your twinks either. Seriously though give it a rest, no one enjoys having you come around and complain about how bad the 19 bracket is, keep your unwanted opinion to yourself.

I think he was just implying that the minor speed enchant at 19 has a much bigger impact then at the 29 bracket. 19s have 2 slows (frostbolt and hamstring). Yes it is also very good at 29, but there is actually counter-play to it (rogue poisons, engineering stuff, piercing howl, etc). I think stimz is just trying to explain that at 29 you can make a decent player with 5g that doesn't get 2 shot by rogues unlike at 19, so any one player with skill can be competitive. This is just my opinion, plenty of players can be skilled at 19 yes, but there is only so much you can do in certain match ups because you are so restricted by your class and limited abilities (i.e. rogue vs hunter).

It was more along the lines of ZERO class based movement abilities aside from sprint. Also you should calm down, I'm not bashing your bracket. I mean, if your bracket was toilet paper it would be single ply, but you could still ball that shit up and use it.

I was just implying that there were less, not listing them all. I'm just coming from a rogue perspective and poisons completely change the game from 19 to 29 and also, other ways of getting out of slow effects really help as well. Also only 3 slows (forgot wing clip).
