How is the world PvP while leveling up? post your thoughts

The worst that has happened to me so far is being charged by another Warrior who used me as a way to travel faster.

I saw two warriors charge each other at exactly the same time the other day and just swap places.

It's terrible, I understand it's a pvp server but I'm just trying to level up as fast as I can. Meanwhile it takes about 3 hours for 1 level instead of less than 1 hour because of gankers. As an alliance, any horde who outnumbers you or is higher level will hunt you to no end. I am extremely frustrated as some zones have graveyards very far away. It definitely feels like the horde outnumbers the alliance big time.

STFU MAGGOT i'm tired of that shit, do you know how many alliance lv 60 are raiding low level zones? Do you know how many times i leave some wounded ally alone and after 5 mins he have gathered up a full group to gank me? Do you know that they fucking dare to log an horde char to say i'm bad or that i'm a pussy after killing me while i have ress sickness and possibly they are even fucking 10 levels highter than me? It's the same shit for everyone, i like to play solo and i can handle that shit, if you can't, just start playing always grouped like fags do or delete WoW.

Agree, this happens countless of times on both factions.
Massive population means massive whiners too.

Really enjoying this world PvP feeling. If you want to quest effectively you need a group to compete with enemy faction players.

However, there is a big difference between PvP and being a dick. Corpse camping (4th time and higher), killing people that you dont get honor from, not letting people that you attack finish their mob, killing rare quest NPCs makes you a dick way more than a enjoyable person.

Havent come across any lvl 1 chars to whisper me about what a dick I am so far. Maybe its too much PvP going on at the same time for people to flame everyone.

Had an interesting experience at Alterac Mountains last night. We were a group of four hunting those lvl 40 elite ogres and we came across a Horde group of 5 doing the same thing. We left them alone, they left us alone and, thanks to the nutty respawn rate, there were more than enough ogres for both sides. They finished their stuff in the keep and left and another Horde group came. At first they were neutral as well but when two of ours had died and I was ressing them, the bastards decided to get an easy HK by gloriously murdering me 4vs1 style.

Oh, it was on.

I wisped back and, as they had just fnished a fight against multiple ogres, they were eating&drinking, with respawns popping up around them, I ressed in the their midst and aoe-feared them into the mobs. Naturally I died in 5 seconds but, confused as they were, our rogue got the chance to murder their priest as well and with multiple elite mobs pounding on them and our warrior and warlock ressing, they were all killed. When they ressed, we killed them again, now with the help of another Alliance group that had arrived to quest there.

MORAL OF THE STORY: don't be a dick and kill a healer in midst of ressing while in the middle of an elite quest area. Even if everyone in our party was a clueless idiot unable to PvP at all, it would have been laughably easy for us to ruin their questing just by pulling more elites on them or distracting them while they are fighting.

wpvp is the best part of leveling. I've had 1 on 1s, ganked unfairly with a group, and been ganked unfairly by a group. WPVP is THE time to make your class rivals to compete with at 60.

I don't know how many lvl 60 hordes camp low level allies but the lvl 60 allies do it all the time, atm I've came across 1 lvl 60 hunter killing everyone in Tarren Mill, a lvl 60 Warrior and his friend warlock camping the gates of Hammerfall, 2 lvl 60 Hunters killing everyone in Nesingwary and the troll camp next to it, 1 lvl 60 Mage CAMPING low levels all around STV and a lvl 60 Druid that goes around STV killing people outside of Grom'Gol.

I also leave allies alone if I'm not in need of honor, I'm looking to level not to PvP if it's possible, some of them agree on a truce some of them don't some of them bring friends to share the honor.

I also agree with that, we all got mad over enemy groups ganking us and made our own group to gank their lowbobs, we all had some good 1v1s and in the end we hatted some lvl 60s that we will camp when we get there, Drax I'm looking at you.

The contested leveling zones on this server are blood and bones pools.
This blasted all my craziest expectations from a private server!
I am still lvl 28 while I would be over 40 with the same /played on a PvE or empty server.
