Good Ally players run in premades
Good Horde players run in pugs

Here's the result:

Ally premades stomp Horde pugs
Horde pugs stomp Ally pugs
Ally pugs get stomped

The result of this is:

Ally pugs stop queuing
Horde pug queues skyrocket
Horde pugs continue to get stomped by Ally premades

This isn't always the case but it is pretty common. As a Horde pugger, just keep playing. You'll stomp, you'll get stomped, and often times you grind out a 3-2 win or loss. There's a decent level of balance. If all you're getting are Ally premades, then it must be evening hours in America. Try another bg.
