Only Dwarf Priests get those, not ALL Dwarves, and the Ward doesn't make them immune to Fear for 5 seconds after Fear was applied, like WotF does.

My point was that in PvP or PvE, a second fear rarely comes after using WoTF, because once you've used it to break the initial fear, either:
-the enemy warlock is dead
-the enemy priest's psychic scream is now on CD
-the enemy warrior's intimidating shout is now on CD
