Reflectors did not work on aoe spells on retail. They also didn't make you immune to them, exactly like spell reflect on tbc warriors. You could reflect hunter traps though - at least walking into a freezing trap with frost reflector enabled froze the hunter.

Nost has the same bug as feenix in this respect
