BG queue system issue, asking for administrator response

15 v 15, lmao. every game was vs premade and over half the horde side would afk. alliance responded with "make your own premades" now alliance are the ones afking. over inflated egos from alliance premades from months of free wins think theyre actually good. ive yet to meet anyone on this server deserving of their rank.
i see nonstop tears of "these battlegrounds arent fair, change them" this has been the case since i started playing. me and maybe 2-3 others trying to fight a full premade. but we had a full team of afkers, so its not quite the same right? they were there? fucking l o l

speaking for my premade/ranking group (and I pugged to r10) every AB game was full. If Horde AFK'd or gave up, it was their CHOICE to do that, I assume because they were tired of us 5 capping them (15v15!!!!) every game. I hate to tell you, but the only reason people give up and stop trying (whether pug or prem) is because they have been getting beaten for hours or days or weeks on end, and know they cannot win.

How can you not understand the difference between winning 15v15 and farming empty games?

I personaly think that the current situation with wintradeing is not an issue with the current que system. Its more a playerbase thing and the people ranking atm. Just my 2cents.

that describton is ONPOINT. back when our grp ranked we had to fight aly premades for hours untill they started dodging us, current rankers are just pussies without any balls, they dont even try competing eachother, they just reserve WSG for horde mades and AB for aly mades or the other way around.

this is definately a playerbased issue with or without a new mysticall que system... the ranking playerbase just shrinked because most people that went for hardcore grinding are done by now and you have to deal with teh leftovers.. vanilla ranking is no piece of cake especially on nostalrius so with or without people that are dodging you are still forced to spend 16-20 hrs on daily basis to get your goal...

Zero response from staff or even an acknowledgement that they made changes, or even an acknowledgement that there is a problem

Meanwhile it's been an issue for long enough that an entire generation of players has farmed high ranks wintrading with 0 punishment

I solo'd to rank 8 and was going to go for rank 11 but im pretty much done with this server now, PvP is dead on this server.

Thank you Nostalrius for disabling multi queue. This is a huge step in the right direction, because it makes it impossible to wintrade and nearly impossible to dodge.

However,, I'm going to play devil's advocate here... I don't personally care about this because I'm done with ranks... but... by keeping the system of Premade VS Premade queues being separate, you have essentially made premading completely obsolete. It is terrible honor per hour to wait in long queues only to fight drawn out games VS try hard enemy premades. It won't take long for people to stop premading completely except for in situations where groups arrange games against each other for sport.

While the death of Premade ranking would be "healthy" for the server in some ways, it would go against the spirit of Vanilla and it would be very far from Blizzlike. My personal opinion remains that Nost should return to the old/Blizzlike queue system (but keep multi queue removed of course)

Even though I'm playing devils advocate, I'm HYPE for multi queue removal. I've only done a few games but they've all been full on both teams and had lots of great fights. It's really strange that the Staff seems to make PvP changes without any announcements... but for now PvP is healthy and we can't really complain

Just to be totally clear, I'm extremely happy.

I'm just pointing out the fact that rankers are going to always find the most efficient method for farming honor and do it, and that we will have to wait a few weeks and see how this new change effects the long-term overall landscape of BG's

i like it, and i'm ranking, i usually get bored of premading anyways
