But does anyone here fraps their games? Schmuckpoo, do you ever fraps and make highlights for us who just want to watch, or is that old fashioned (in favor of twitch streams.. which always lag my connection...).. the box-score photos are cool, and i like reading the trash talk here.

I'm not sure anyone does - I never thought anyone would be particularly interested in 29 pvp, especially watching someone like me blunder about the place like a confused ape.

I do recommend a piece of software called Dxtory over Fraps though, it's much smaller and lightweight, and doesn't slow down the game so much. The video in my link below was filmed using it.

Alliance lacking numbers lately, we really need fresh blood so that horde didnt get free wins. Join if want competition and bring friends. Need any classes except warriors

Ah cool tip Winstons. Yes, I'd be interested to watch a good rogue clip or two, or mage or warlocks if they're good. I'm bored of watching Viral 2 so much.

Thank you for the warm words Schmuckpoo - I cant say I held a candle to you in our toe-to-toe match ups. They were good times -- your riposte re-acquainted me with a steel weapon chain! In the last days I did battle, I couldn't help but notice the nastiest attitudes of the PVPers on horde -- the twinks, who were poured money and time into, were the first to AFK out, the first to talk trash, more interested to pick fights with the passing lowbies than die at mid, the healers who were choosey with what elitists they tossed a renew on! I would love to see a highlight reel of you blowing up some flag carriers

You are pretty much the only twink warrior in the alliance side. How come they don't need any other?

Hello Everybody!

Slayvasaurus / Yayvasaurus / Jorisaurus here,

Ive finally started reading this thread regularly and I might be able to add some insight into some of the questions / comments about the popularity of the bracket and whether or not its worth joining!

A short personal narrative (Feel free to skip),
I joined <TWENTYNINE> on my main when it was level 43--Troll Warrior, 7 months ago, I got to know Creedq, Radamanta (RIP ;D), and Alihaeri (RIP ;D). I started my first 29 as a NE Rogue on Alliance and went to trade chat to meet like-minded 29 alliance individuals... I met Verethagra (RIP ;D), Vaeriz (RIP ;D), Shmuckumpoo (After a lilbit), and these guys became really really close friends and really admired players. The 29 bracket was young at this point and we really needed any players we could recruit, both sides seemed to struggle a bit.
Alliance gained fewer numbers than the Horde within the next 2-3 months, but the people who joined the Alliance seemed to be more serious and quality players--not to say there weren't those on the Horde. The BG queues have gotten extremely healthy, nearly 24/7.(.. I can still log on if I can't sleep one night at 3am PST and still find an active game w/ non-english speakers!)

(THIS IS THE GOOD PART)
Since the big push to recruit people, many have quit or moved on to other brackets, others have leveled to 60 and now are in the best end-game raiding guilds on their "used-to-be" twinks! (They'll always be the 29 twink to me) Insanitty and Boungabounga are two very quality players that resulted from this big push, both of which are extremely valuable assets to both sides... Their dedication and seriousness put this server on the map as far as quality twink servers! For that reason, it has potential to grow to great heights--maybe better than original vanilla twinking ever was. The 29 bracket, imo is worth it.

Anyways, over the several past months, I have observed and played on both sides with equal attention and despite the drama, people show concern for the health of the current 29 bracket. People want this server, and specifically the 29 bracket, to succeed! I, and other like-minded individuals, love the quality of the games of this server--premade or pug--and continue to play / will continue to play regardless of any drama.

Personally, I use minimal consumables, but I AM ADAMANTLY AGAINST others bashing people for using them.. Afterall, twinking is about pushing the limits of a specific level character to their maxxx--its that simple.

Rather, I use my gold to purchase any BiS items I find at cheap prices--to spread throughout the community-- and I would like to encourage others to do the same. If each side, with proper communication, can create storage for excess items for future players this server could potentially be the new home for professional twinks worldwide!
Sorry for the narrative, but I feel its neccessary to add credibility and background to the situations that have recently played out!
