Actually, this kind of scenario - or something like it - made me realise the Priest "Mind Control" spell is uber powerful. Take control, attack a bunch of nearby mobs, let them do the job. Problem is the max level you can control is quite a bit lower than your own level (I'm 40 now, max control level is 32).

Kessler (Keppler? Something like that), gnome rogue, just south of thorium point. Takes a lot to stand out from all the "PvP" that goes on in searing gorge, but this guy literally followed me all over the map for like 40 minutes and just made my questing that much more difficult

On the approaches to Thistlefur Village in Ashenvale, a level 24 horde was getting hammered by three mobs he'd pulled - I dived in, pulled them off him, and killed them.

Resintooth *watched this*, and then killed me.
