100% agree with that statement. However, you can say exactly the same thing about paladins. Paladins are EXTREMELY strong in pug games (at least the ones who decide to actually heal and dispell), but they are 100% possible to counter with a small amount of coordination.
So yea, maybe I can admit that horde racials are better in pugs (but see paladins). However, the factions are actually quite balanced in group play with people who have only a basic understanding of class mechanics and group play. The problem is the majority of players don't think: "how can I aid my team" and instead think "howcanIgetasmanykillingblowsaspossibleandeveryonesucksexceptformeandimnotgettingspamdispelleddecursedorclensedandspamhealedatthesametimewhenigotsub3khealth."
That pug mentality goes for horde side just as much as alliance. The problem with the current queue system is that the latter mindset is actually the best way to farm honor on horde side while the allies can actually get respectable queue times queuing as a premade.
