I dueled the other day a raider warrior in full T2 outside of SW. Full backpeddling and all. After noticing he was going to lose, pops recklesness and major healing pot. He gloriously defeated me.
If you're going to be PvE you need to go the whole way to win like this champion, or rather backpedal the whole way to it.
