Is this the most active twink bracket? Which faction will result in the shortest queues?

39 is probably the most active atm, once our 39s are done then 49 will be, then 59, then 19, cause we know horde don't wanna queue at 60, then we'll have active competitive 29s again. Print and frame this, for I am the oracle.

i am currently leveling a shaman to 29 and make him a twink...going enh, but cant find any guide or BIS at 29. any help guys?

Well i've played since vanilla and gotten HWL / glad throughout the years, so i'm pretty good, and i'll be 29 pretty soon (20 now), but I probably wont't stay in that bracket for long.

whats the use of a FULLY GEARED enh shaman 29 twink without WF? its basically a warrior with less dmg but has heals&purge ..
