Shocks....totems...so many good things. Honestly the best spec for a shaman at 29 is either full enhance stam/int stacked or resto same items...Shocks do insane dmg for the lvl and honestly the only thing that caps you is your mana pull. Unfortunately the only person who has a shaman like this plays his ally all the time. That class can carry hard in both bg and 1v1 settings.

You forgot the 100 mana on demand +40% movement speed buff

am planning on doin an enh shammy Fully geared. plus all expensive enchants...havent played shammy since retial so need to brush on my skills lol...will take ur advice and stack on sta and int but what about Agility and Strength? ignore them?..currently 21 so in 2 days prob ill hit 29.. and start his construction.

If you want to take twinking seriously you should know your sources and google is your best friend.

^ first of all thanx for the smrt ass comment..really brightened my day when u just typed that. I got all my sources and got all my links and guides...i asked this question cuz there is no definite strictly vanilla guide on google. All the 29 shaman twink guides r tbc and after. 2nd of all even if i have every source i like to ask advices from pros or people who have done or experienced it before. So if u cant answer with something beneficial then dont be a smartass.

He can answer if he wants he is active in this thread. topkek. I would just stick with eagle green gear and the SM shield with the 3/5 quest 1h mace

you should know by now that there are barely any bis lists/guides for twinks in vanilla
