I seem to remember a backdoor for RH but don't remember if that was the result of later changes or if it was in vanilla.
Not only do all of the lieutenants respawn, but so do archers and graveyard guards while the nodes are contested, making it infinitely harder for one person (rogue or druid ideally) to contribute significantly to the game via capping a node and defending it against the opposing faction. In retail, a very skilled person could solo cap something. In Nost AV it's almost impossible unless you just don't get a single member of the opposing faction to challenge you during the 5 minutes a node spends contested.
In fact, the lieutenants that guard graveyards respawn even while that graveyard is under control of the opposing faction.
There's no excuse for how unforgivably fucked Nost AV is.
