Hi,

These accounts have been unbanned after a review / double check during the appeal procedure.

They got unbanned today and kept their honor points from last week Monday, when they got banned (since they were banned during the PvP maintenance). We will discuss internally to find a solution regarding the honor bonus they got with the AV weekend.

These players are now considered as innocent, unless we have a proof of the contrary. If you wish to report wintrading, account sharing, account selling behaviors, botting, etc .. please contact a GM ingame, and sanctions will get applied according to the terms of use.

Wintrading is not allowed, nor is account sharing. If you have evidence of such behaviour - and more than just hearsay - then please inform a GM either through a private message or an in-game ticket.

Spamming in-game tickets just to vent hinders us from dealing with actual issues and will result in a warning to your account if kept up. Similarly, making a ticket filled with crude insults to the staff will result in a warning. This has always been the case and nothing has changed there.

Spamming the forums with multiple threads does not help anyone either and we will remove duplicate ones.

Please be patient and wait for news on how the honour imbalance issue will be addressed.
