I figured I should probably say bye to anyone that I didn't get a chance to in game but it looks like I'm a bit late to the party. Anyway, thanks to everyone that made the bracket what it was and built it into something that was competitive at times. When the bracket had more horde twinks I loved joining games late with a lot of you guys that played at the time (Kestra, Insanity, Nuri, Lust, Ysho, Shmuck, etc.) and trying to stage a come back against larger numbers. More recently, the premades were a ton of fun until SOMEONE started dodging. I'll do a few special thanks since it seems like everyone else is doing it.
Insanity- Probably the one that I played with the most. I always knew we had a good chance to win if either you joined a game I was in or I joined one you were in no matter how many more twinks the horde had. I still don't understand how you were so good with so many different classes.
Shmuck- Always appreciated what you did for the bracket as far as taking the leadership role and organizing games. I doubt the bracket would have been anywhere near what it was if you weren't here. As far as in game, you made a lot more heads up plays and had more awareness than just about anyone else playing.
Ysho- Easily top 3 FC, arguably 1-2 as far as solo carrying goes in my opinion. You being the FC meant I could more comfortably go on offense without having to worry about the flag (other than the occasional peel in mid). I wish we could have played together more often even after that AB weekend where we both grinded 11-12k rep to revered.
Nuri- Always made the games more interesting and fun no matter which side you were playing on. I appreciate that you didn't take the easy way out and often fought for the disadvantaged side which added some good competition. It's a shame we won't be able to play some 49 games now that you finally leveled your druid past the mid 30s.
Kestra- Like everyone else was saying, probably the best priest in the bracket. Was a pretty damn good rogue too. Had a lot of fun playing with you, not so much when you would play your horde priest to keep the efc up almost indefinitely.
Hahabajs- I really enjoyed playing 39s and 49s with you when there wasn't much fun to be had in 29s. It's too bad we won't be able to play them more, i was just starting to get into my 39 warrior with your 1/2 dps 1/2 healing druid (or whatever you you were trying to go for) keeping me alive.
Slayv- Even though I was around for a while already, I wasn't as active. You were the one that really got me back into playing and got me to play with some of the others that were playing at the time. I think you even got me an invite to the guild before almost thirty ("U should see it flasked" i think?).
I could probably go on longer about a lot of different people, but in the interest of keeping this post from turning into an essay i'll stop here with a quick shout out to all the horde players that I enjoyed playing against.
Widow, Shenzy, Garax, Campingcarl, Gla, Alkonia, Yisipkao, Ztrapon, and even Bounga who is one of the main reasons horde ever were competitive despite his bad attitude and refusal to play scheduled games recently.
I really enjoyed playing with all of you, horde and alliance. I'll probably try out the playtbc server when it comes out and maybe Kronos at some point in the future, I hope to see some of you guys there.
