Even worst is hiting will of forsaken when u dont need to. Even if u get charm, fear or sleep, sometimes u just decide not to use it. Like any trinket, sometimes is better save it for later

That wasn't the case here, so you're pretty much preaching to the choir. He could even had Iceblocked since he used Cold snap right after anyways, instead he wasted precious PI time.

The system is designed to facilitate people improving at their class as they rank up, and ideally reaching their individual skill cap as they progress through the higher ranks. The idea is that to achieve r13 or r14 you have to at least be good enough to play with a group, communicate, and do your class's "job" in the BG.

Of course all of that gets thrown out the window due to Nost custom queue system that makes ranking a /played check and nothing more.

Time invested and skills usually have some sort of correlation, unless the person is mentally impaired.
I don't think I need to expand on how much time the rank 13/14 grind takes?
