Clarification on safe-spotting

Attacking other players while standing on a spot where the guards cannot reach you is no longer allowed, casting through roofs is considered bug abuse.

Lets see if the new terms of use have any meaning at all. I am reporting the level 60 horde warlock Fainaruflash for killing low levels at the roof of Gagdetzan. As you say at the Terms of Use it is a bug abuse. Any ban here to clear the server from idiots like him? Btw I am lv 35. No honor for him....

This picture proves nothing?

1. There is nothing to connect the Target-Target frame with the player playing. So picture doesn't prove that the warlock is targeting the player that took the picture.
2. No combatlog, the dots on the player can have been casted by some one else (duel?).
3. There is nothing in this picture that proves it was taking while connected to the Nostalrius server, this can have been done on a local private server.

If you want to report players for this, make a in game ticket under stuck to get in contact with a GM so he can verify.

Or, If you wanna do it via the forum, use the support forum with a video or more non-edited pictures that have combatlog.

There is a limitation to upload file size. But ok, with large compression see the whole picture. And don't tell me he is sending kisses to me....

While having the combat log out would help, its pretty obvious hes the one casting.
