Addons bygging out in bg's

Does anyone know how i can fix this? i get this(pic below) thing pop up every 5 seconds on my screen in bg's.

then halfway through my xperl bugs and i cant even see who i'm targeting anymore or how much damage i'm taking. then my bags bug and i cant see any items inside. obviously it's my addons but why only in bg's and how can i fix this?
