Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey, I just hit 19 and went to go look at the WSG token rewards (the sword, dagger, necklace, ring) at the instance portal, but saw they were not for sale.

Does this not work on Nostalrius, or are the token vendors somewhere else?
