thoughts-suggestions about A/H and lock-Spriest combo

Hi everyone. I've played druid during original wow vanilla until the wrath of the lich king expansion. I missed so much vanilla experience, so I'am glad that I found Nostalrius server.

We've thought lock-priest combo would be good idea for playing together(Primarly for pvp-wpvp, but also for lvling and pve too). Which combos are also good in vanilla right now?

I've checked A/H ratio and it looks like gap between Alliance and Horde getting closer. But also I suprised against huge amount of undy population. Do you think alliance would be bad choice for our classes?
I'll be happy if you share your opinion about A/H differences and our class selection. I'am open to all suggestions.
