Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Saw this on a thread in other vanilla forums, the idea that when u take the nogginfogger quest line you are required to pick up this mushroom violet tragan from the hinterlands. It says "don't eat me" on tooltip but if you do you gain a debuff causing 10 dmg to you every 3 sec for 30 sec. So technically that's 30 sec of immune poly, blind and others at a cost of 100hp.

Far superior to the skull of doom, also there's no cd on eating I don't think? Sadly I already completed the quest line so can't do it on my current lvl 60 but would this be a good idea for pvp alts?

I believe it is unique.... which makes it kinda useless unless its for some special one time duel that youd be happy to spend 20 mins running around to get it. At that point you might as well flask. Skull also has 60% move speed which makes it boss as fuck.
